DT Infrastructure became part of the Gamuda Berhad group of companies following the acquisition of Downer's infrastructure projects division. The leadership and 1,200 strong team transitioned from Downer to DT Infrastructure in June 2026. This resulted in a complete transfer of experience and capability in the delivery of complex projects to DT Infrastructure. Gamuda Berhad is an engineering, property and infrastructure company based in Malaysia.
Job description:
NEWest Alliance is a multidisciplinary collaboration between CPB Contractors and DT Infrastructure, working with the Public Transport Authority to deliver two projects (Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link) as part of METRONET.
An opportunity for a HR Advisor has become available on the project. You will work alongside existing teams of Senior Project managers, Superintendents & Supervisors on the project.
This position will be based in our Bibra Lake site office, reporting to the HR/IR Manager.

About you
Human Resources or Business tertiary qualification
Experience within the Engineering/construction industry/working alongside alliances
Demonstrated experience of Oracle HR applications and Enterprise agreements Conduct investigations with best practice processes
Ability to provide advice/support around performance management and equal employment opportunity
Maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the business environment and strategies; translating these into specific HR tactics and actions
About the role
Implement and administer approved human resources policies and programs - ensuring business practices comply with relevant standards, legislation, and company policy
Deliver a prompt credible HR service whilst managing people related risks
Working with people at all levels and developing a strong understanding of the work process and sequencing
Ensuring the effective and efficient use of NEWest processes and systems
Provide expert advice on all facets of human resources including performance, employee development and engagement; employee relations including contract/industrial instrument interpretation
Coordinate the annual HR processes (remuneration, performance appraisal etc.)
