As an experienced HR Advisor you’ll be instrumental to making sure the HR tasks are completed up to a high standard in a timely manner. While there will be a variety of HR responsibilities the main focus will be on Off boarding process, performance management, training & development & employee relations.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?
• Preparing HR documents such as contracts of employment, job descriptions, amendment letters, etc.
• Supporting in creation of HR forms, templates and processes and ensuring they remain up to date and fit for purpose.
• Provide guidance & support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee relation issues.
• Coaching of line managers to ensure they develop the necessary people skills / competencies to manage their team.
• Maintaining and updating personnel records and internal HR databases and systems.
• Overseeing learning and development & handling performance management of the team.
• Developing and implementing high quality HR strategies to ensure an efficient team that is well treated, supported and motivated.
• Provide support to the HR team with any other ad hoc administrative tasks.
Your Hard Skills
• At least 5 years of experience as HR Advisor or similar role, ideally having focused on Off boarding process, performance management, training & development & employee relations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Dynamic, able to multitask and work under pressure while managing a varied workload.
• Flexible attitude and outstanding attention to detail, a keen eye for consistency and accuracy.
• Very organised and trustworthy.
