Your new opportunity:
Are you passionate about driving impactful HR initiatives and empowering people through smart systems and processes? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to join our People Team on a full-time fixed-term contract until July 2026.
As HR Advisor, you’ll provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, reporting and analytics, and systems optimisation. You’ll play a key role in evolving manual tasks into streamlined, self-service processes using platforms like Workday and Culture Amp. You’ll also contribute to People Team projects and initiatives, supporting the Head of People and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
Analyse and report on HR metrics, providing insights that inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of data across HR systems.
Working across multiple teams to help operationalise system updates and continuous improvement activities like integration with other systems, improving our processes.
Coach and train People Leaders on HR practices and responsibilities, helping to build strong leadership capability across the organisation.
Support HR Business Partners in conducting investigations related to performance and behavioural concerns.
Assist with recruitment activities when needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience and safeguarding the company’s employer brand.
Keep informed on contemporary HR practices to continuously expand skills, knowledge and experience
About you:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management is desirable
Ability to apply good judgement to sensitive matters, data and complex problems/solutions
High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
Ability to work on multiple processes and manage competing priorities
Knowledge of contemporary HR practices including performance management and employment related legislations in Australia and New Zealand
Prior experience with Workday will be highly regarded
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the business

Salary range of $80k – 90k plus super
