We have an exciting opportunity to Total Tools National Support Office as a HR Advisor!
This role is responsible for supporting our Joint Ventures business (JV) across a range of people matters including the employee lifecycle, HR policies and be the frontline contact for leaders and team members.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity covering maternity leave.

About your new role
Provide general support and advice to all enquiries - including policy, procedure, award interpretation and grievances.
Collaborate with P&C team to provide support on employee relations matters including investigation, mediation and coaching.
Supporting retail network to complete annual performance and talent activities, including appraisals, individual development plans, talent mapping, and succession planning.
Review and update policies, templates and documents in relation to changes in legislation.
Liaise with Total Tools Compliance team regarding payroll, safety and award compliance audits, and ensure issues are rectified.
Support retail network to execute annual staff engagement survey and action planning
About you
Demonstrated experience in a similar HR role at an Advisory or Generalist level.
Retail and/or Franchise experience highly regarded but not essential.
Strong understanding of NES and Modern Awards. GRIA experience highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in independently managing employee relations matters
Exceptional stakeholder management, including the ability to build relationships with leaders of all levels
High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
