Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support two of our large WA remote sites. Please note this is a site-based role on a +:5 roster.
THE POSITION
Pragmatic HR generalist with solid experience within a fast-paced service business
Provide advice and support to line managers on HR/IR/ER matters including performance management, remuneration, and HR policies and procedures
Coach line managers on how to engage, develop, reward and retain their employees
Assist in the resolution of employee grievances
Roll-out HR initiatives, strategies and tools, and monitor compliance with industrial instruments and HR metrics
Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a seamless delivery to all stakeholders
THE PERSON
Tertiary qualification in HR/IR/ER
Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training desirable
Minimum 5 years HR experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
Problem solving skills and also the ability to recognise opportunities for improvement
Demonstrates initiative
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional and positive approach when dealing with issues of a confidential, personal or difficult nature
Ability to be pro-active, well organised and work independently
Experience in organisational and company culture development
