Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and in alignment with industry best practices.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall organisational success.
Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing HR knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as a HR Advisor or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
