For our Human Resources Department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for an
HR Analyst (Training & Development)
Your future role
•Plan, organize and execute a range of training activities
•Conduct orientation sessions for all new employees
•Behavioral trainings for Shopfloor employees
•Support OD Supervisor in implementation of new learning initiatives
•Onboarding and training delivery, both online and in person
•Implement program processes and procedures, maintain records and track outcomes
•Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programs
•Coordinate learning and development program activities including scheduling, event logistics and vendor relations
•Develop integrated learning reports, dashboards, serve as data custodian of LMS
•Support in digitalization of learning processes and introduce online learning resources
•Participate as an auditee from HRSS for all customer audits, regulatory audits etc. pertaining to training and development
•Maintain compliance with M2S standards for training & development in People Pillar
•Regular review of action items and closure as per target date.
•Support OD Supervisor in upgrading scores from the last score.
•Ideate and execute employee engagement activities as per calendar.
Your profile
•Master's Degree in Human Resources or Social Work
•At least 5 years of experience with reputed Mfg. MNC
•Exposure to leading training tools
•At least 2 years of L&OD experience
•A team builder with excellent people skills, has the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural team
•Ability to work in Matrix Organization
•Conflict Management
•Advanced Excel & presentation skills
•Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
•Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
•Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
•Exposure to SAP SF E-learning module is a plus
