Current team size is of 1000+ employees and 10,000+ drivers. We are currently building a core team which will be responsible for the organisation’s growth.
Job Description: HR Analyst
Responsibilities:
● Collecting employee data on joining, payroll and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
● Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
● Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
● Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
● Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.
HR Analyst Requirements:
● A minimum of two years’ experience in an HR Analyst or similar role.
● Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).
● Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
● Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
