• Responsibilties:
• This postion supports broader planning/coordination of the company in India regulatory & Labour compliances, in order to ensure organization functions are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations & policies. The incumbent will also be responsible to the support the CHRO office on business management and project tracking responsibilities
• With Support of the empaneled external consultant track and ensure filing of all annual / quarterly / monthly returns & renewals under various applicable acts.
• Coordinate with various functions on collating the various required documents/information to meet the compliance requirement
• End to end vendor compliances management with support of external consultant
• Ensures proper documentation of all compliance activities and to enable easy accessibility and retrieval of documents
• Support CHRO office on HR projects, Engagement & other initiatives
• Manage and track the HR Projects
