Job Description:
Responsibilities: • Partner with the People Director and Programs Manager to drive execution of strategic HR initiatives and transformation programs. • Track and manage key HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support workforce planning, hiring metrics, engagement, and performance insights. Experience in Power BI and/or Smartsheet preferred. • Prepare leadership presentations, business updates, and executive summaries for internal and global stakeholders. • Support governance processes including reviews, approvals, documentation, and policy rollouts. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning, Talent Management and Leadership teams. • Monitor key HR KPIs and proactively flag risks, delays, or dependencies. • Manage high-priority communications and follow-ups on behalf of the People Director. • Support annual planning cycles including budgeting, headcount planning, and program reviews. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity and discretion. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA in HR / Business Management (or equivalent) preferred. • 2 years of experience in HR, HR analytics, program management, or strategic support roles. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR dashboards is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills. • High business acumen and structured problem-solving ability. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capability. Demonstrate discretion and ability to handle confidential information. • Ability to travel for work
