Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process various HR transactions (e.g., onboarding, transfers, exits, etc) accurately in HRsystems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by following established processes and performingregular audits.
Support the compliance of HR files, documentation, and processes with internal and legalrequirements.
Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives to drive efficiency andenhance the employee experience.
Prepare HR-related reports or analytics as needed for management or audit purposes.
Collaborate with other HR teams (Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, etc.)to ensure smooth end-to-end HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience with degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relatedfield preferred.
Experience in an HR support, HR operations, or HR shared services role is an advantage.
Proficient in HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
