Job Description
The HR MIS is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR Management Information Systems (MIS) and databases. The role will require someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong analytical mind, and possesses the ability to present complex data in a simplified and understandable format. The HR MIS Analyst will provide reports, analysis, and insights
to the HR department, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve HR Management Information Systems (MIS) and databases.
• Create and distribute HR reports on a regular basis, including headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with HR teams to understand their data needs and provide recommendations on how to improve data quality and consistency.
• Provide support to HR teams by responding to ad-hoc requests for data, analysis, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple HR systems.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and maintenance activities to ensure the integrity of the data.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR data management and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HR systems or tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
