Job Description:

We are searching for a People Analytics Consultant to join our Global Talent Management team. This role will report to the Talent and Organizational Analytics Director to execute on our global talent management strategy and long-term roadmap linked to TD SYNNEX's business and Human Capital strategy. The Talent and Organizational Analytics team is responsible for programs pertaining to predictive human capital analytics such as workforce forecasting and planning; global talent analytics such as succession planning, internal movement; strategic organizational diagnostics; learning and organizational culture surveys.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing large data sets, applying advanced statistical techniques, and leveraging data visualization tools (such as PowerBI) to help HR leaders make data-driven decisions . He/She should also have experience in sourcing and understanding external data to be used as benchmarks. Examples of projects include predicting and modeling trends in attrition, diversity representation, talent acquisition, etc. Experience in HR is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:
• Partnership with key stakeholders: collaborate with HR and other business leaders to identify, define, and solve of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the people side of business. Leverage available data to inform HR strategies and deliver key business objectives.
• Critical thinking: using data to answer questions with appropriate statistical tests, hypothesis testing, and understanding of how to leverage insights for various audiences. Understanding and knowledge of how to apply organizational psychology principles and concepts in support of the work.
• Communication Skills: able to clearly communicate (oral and written) the synthesis of data, as well as data analyses, graphs, and advanced statistical analysis to executive leaders and people unfamiliar with analytical tools and/or output in a compelling way, specifically to "tell the story" and inform potential future actions and strategies.
• Data visualization: familiar with data visualization tools, specifically PowerBI.
• Data import, export and analysis: utilization of platform tools to import and/or export into excel/csv and prepare for analysis in statistical and data visualization tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Able to recognize and rectify details with accuracy.
• Must have working knowledge and experience of performing advanced and predictive statistics.
• Data visualization experience using Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Capable of working in a professional, office environment and communicating clearly when conveying necessary information.
• Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines given multiple priorities.
• Experience using R, Python, SPSS, etc.
• Experience 3 to 5 years
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's/postgraduate degree in HRM , MBA, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or related field is preferred
