Roles and Responsibilities: Support and drive projects for HR analytics leveraging employee data to deliver critical reporting and insights (inferential/predictive)
Support dashboarding and reporting requirements, feeding back the findings to relevant stakeholders documenting changes to existing dashboards as needed Create reporting templates that can be automated or easily generated based on core data Driving data visualization requirements across various HR metrics and views Present, explain and discuss results of analyses to effectively drive fact-based decision making within all levels of the organization Engage stakeholders in change agendas support HR transformation project delivery and tracking Ability to focus on detail, while keeping an eye on the larger picture Minimum Required Skills and Attributes:
Highly proficient in Excel (creating formulas, macros, pivot tables, dashboards)
Working knowledge of data visualization tools:
Tableau/Power BI etc.
