HR Analytics Supervisor
What you will do
Johnson Controls is seeking experienced HR Analytics Supervisor who can develop, inspire and lead a team of Data Analysts.
Leverage latest technology and best practices to deliver results, agility, efficiency and quality for data & visualization requirements and other HR data models. Responsible to maintain and develop visualizations (i.e., dashboards) and advanced reports using BI software (e.g; Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc that provide rich answers to talent questions. As a supervisor, you will be required to quickly become familiar with Johnson Controls workforce data, its structure, and understand our HR data models. This position will interface directly with internal stakeholders, as well as have the opportunity to engage with HR leadership.
Skills & Experience
• Has managed and led employees or teams (project-related or day-to-day) - managed deadlines, deliverables, driven accountability and held development discussions.
• Experience working in a global or multinational company delivering reporting requirement regionally or globally. Preferably in a HR Shared Service set-up..
• Is a leader, self-starter and a problem solver. Can identify problems and perform root cause analysis and mitigations.
• Well versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Highly proficient in data visualization, story-telling using Tableau, Alteryx, PowerPoint or Power BI
• Able to deliver services, meet quality parameters and SLAs
• Is good at multiple priorities and acting with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated experience with large data sets, analyzing data, extracting relevant information, and producing strategic insights.
• Thorough understanding of the customer or employee journey.
• Providing training and support for our products to our consumers as needed and deliver value to our customer.
• Is up to date with trends, new concepts, industry standards and new technologies in Data and Analytics space
• Ability to work with global distributed teams and flexible in shifts EMEA shifts.

• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate technical solutions to business teams
• Has 7 – 10 years of work experience, mostly in the area of data analytics. At least 2 years of experience leading a team of data analytics.
• 3+ years direct experience in business intelligence, analytics, data visualization focused on using people data (HR, customer, marketing) to uncover insights that drive action (e.g., experience in HR analytics, marketing analytics, management consulting, sales operations, compensation, or related fields, SQL database or related experience (use of SELECT, UPDATE statements) and advanced excel
• Skilled in UI development in Tableau, Power BI; understands data visualization best practices
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems, Workday preferred
