Roles and Responsibilities
Key Objectives of the Job:
Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and consolidate HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, performance management systems,
employee surveys, and other relevant systems.
Analyze HR data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify insights and trends.
Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards tailored to unique requirements.
2. HR Insights and Reporting:
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support HR decision-
making.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and visualizations that communicate HR analytics findings to
stakeholders and senior management.
Conduct in-depth analyses and provide insights on specific HR topics to address business challenges and
opportunities.
3. HR Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies and initiatives that align
with business objectives.
Support the design and evaluation of HR programs, policies, and processes based on analytics insights.
Leverage HR analytics to improve workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention,
and performance management.
4. Data Governance and Compliance:
Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations when handling HR data.
Establish and maintain data governance practices, including data quality standards, documentation, and
data access controls.
