This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Anaplan Analyst. The HR Anaplan Analyst will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, and utilizing human resources information systems (HRIS). The role requires strong analytical skills to analyze HR data and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) management and HRIS skills
• Anaplan and HR Planning/Data Analytics experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Looking for end-to-end implementation experience at least for one project.
• Expected to work on Anaplan models - build and maintain calculations-building a model and applying formulas/calculations..
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with Anaplan or related planning tools is a plus
Work Experience: 5-8 years
