Description
The ideal candidate must be having some internship experience in HR domain. He/she must be having certain technical skills related to this domain of human resource.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance management.
Oversee performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.
Provide administrative support by managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and supervising administrative staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Conduct employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Resolve employee conflicts and grievances through effective communication and mediation.
Coordinate with external vendors for employee insurance, benefits, and other HR-related services.
Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare HR reports as required.
Participate in organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.
Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organization.
Required Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as an HR and Admin Manager or similar role.
Thorough understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools for HR and administrative functions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
Proven track record of handling administrative tasks and managing office operations.
Capability to work autonomously while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
Certification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Proactive approach towards identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change in HR and administrative processes.
