Job Description
The incumbent must have Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management and at least 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager or a similar role. They must be proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and must have knowledge of labor legislation (e.g. organizational health and safety, employee benefit, etc). Required candidate with exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal and problem solving skills. Salary range would be 30k - 40k
The responsibilities in this role would entail:
• Collect payroll information including working days, ledgers and bank accounts and be well versed with Excel for payroll calculations
• Prepare offer and appointment letters along with the relevant salary breakup for employees
• Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc).
• Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department.
• Create materials to train and onboard the employees.
• Respond to inquiries of employees with respect to benefits like the precedent, number of qualified vacation days, etc.
• Dealing with worker's issues and providing the best solution possible.
• Engaging the existing employees with activities and maintaining a healthy relationship between departments.
