Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Specialist with a background in the healthcare industry, specifically dental and dermatological fields. As an HR and Admin Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources activities, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, and overseeing administrative functions. Your expertise in HR practices, knowledge of healthcare-specific requirements, and strong organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
Roles And Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with healthcare industry requirements, focusing on dental and dermatological fields.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of healthcare professionals, such as dentists, dermatologists, nurses, and support staff.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including licensing and credentialing requirements for dental and dermatological professionals.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including licenses, certifications, and credentials, in accordance with industry regulations.
· Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans, to foster continuous growth and engagement.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution.
· Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
· Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure HR practices remain current and compliant.
· Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Administration:
1. Front Desk Management:
· Greeting and welcoming visitors, applicants, and employees.
· Answering and directing incoming calls and inquiries.
· Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
· Managing the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and guests.
· Providing general information and assistance to visitors and employees.
2. Facilities and Supplies Management:
· Monitoring and ordering office supplies for the HR department.
· Coordinating maintenance and repairs for HR-related facilities or equipment.
· Assisting with the coordination of office moves or relocations.
· Managing inventory and tracking usage of HR-related materials.
3. Other General Administrative Tasks:
· Assisting with scheduling and coordinating internal meetings and events.
· Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Assisting with the preparation and distribution of HR-related correspondence.
Requirement and Skills:
· Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards specific to dental and dermatological professionals.
· Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations within the healthcare industry.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
· Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of office administration procedures and equipment.
· Having strong hold on communication skills.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience as an HR and Admin Specialist or in a similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in dental and dermatological fields.
· 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manageror a similar role.
