We are looking for an HR and Office Administrator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical hiring and office administration, with a passion for building teams and creating a great workplace environment.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles
2. Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
3. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other sources of talent to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
4. Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records
6. Provide administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
7. Coordinate office events and activities to foster a positive and productive work environment
8. Assist with onboarding new hires, including conducting orientations and coordinating training
Requirements
1. 3 years of experience in technical recruitment
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR and Office Administration
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
7. Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
