• Position Title: Recruitment Specialist/Administrator
• Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruitment Specialist/Administrator to join our team. This role primarily focuses on recruitment and administrative tasks while also involving operational responsibilities related to U.S. operations and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing various operational duties.
• Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Administration (50%):

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and universities.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for each position.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.

- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing recruitment-related documentation.

- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of employment contracts, offer letters, and other necessary paperwork.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
• Operations (50%):

- Oversee U.S. operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.

- Support business operations by identifying process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

- Handle general inquiries from applicants, employees, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

- Coordinate logistical aspects of recruitment events, such as career fairs, job fairs, and on-campus recruiting activities.Manage office supplies and stationery inventory, ensuring availability and ordering supplies as needed.

- Assist with other administrative tasks as required, including mail distribution, document filing, and data entry.
• Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting candidates across various channels.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
