Job Description
ECOAVID DESIGN PVT. LTD. is looking for a hard working young dynamic team player for a position of HR and Placement Head to look after the HR and Student Placement & Internship division. Candidate must be extremely fluent in written and spoken English. A prior experience in HR field would be beneficial.
The HR and Placement Head should manage qualified applicants for open positions and also help our students make better career opportunities with their connection.
You will be responsible for the placement of our students and recruitment for our college and make an effort to know clients and job opportunities for our students.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the job with an ability to enhance the qualities of our students and create a better future for them. They will know how to make way and personalize the experience for our students and help acknowledge their abilities.
The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of development
Responsibilities
● Sourcing and communicating with possible recruiters for our students.
● Designing and implementing the overall recruiting.
● Crafting recruiting emails to attract candidates.
● Screening resumes with strategy
● Monitoring key HR metrics
● Source potential candidates online for our college.
● Sending mails to various candidates and arrange interviews.
Requirements
● Solid ability to prepare students for different types of interviews (structured competency-based, stress etc.
● Hand on experience with various selection processes.
● Ability to organize skills assessment centers
● Familiarity with HR databases,
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong decision-making skills
● Sourcing and attracting candidates
● BS/MS Degree on Human Resource Management or experience in relevant field.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
