VoltusWave is looking for a strong, Fresh Graduates for Inside Sales and HR Specialists based in our office in Hyderabad, to drive the adoption into and within new clients whilst expanding adoption across existing clients, leveraging partners, sales, engineering, professional services and customer success.
The HR and Sales Specialist will be chartered with driving the adoption of VoltusWave's No-Code Technology Platform into and within new clients, while further expanding adoption across existing clients. Where ever required, the Candidates will call new prospective recruits as well as clients to educate them about voltuswave platform.
Success in this role will include but not limited to:
• Do cold calls to candidates and clients as the need be and arrange meetings.
• Achieve quota and driving performance to exceed quota.
Within the first 30-60-+0 days some of the expected deliverables to achieve include:
1. Learning and knowing the VoltusWave Product and Technology, so you can go out and prospect new candidates and clients.
2. Developing your pitch and should be able to give Demo’s for the clients.
3. Cold calling to clients and candidates based on given targets.
Qualifications:
• Any Undergraduate or graduate.
• Fluent English and Hindi and
• Excellent communication skills.
