Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Training Manager located in Mumbai. The HR and Training Manager will oversee the training and development programs, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and support the overall HR function. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, tracking employee progress, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, Employee Relations skills
• Training & Development and Employee Training skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in an HR managerial role in Food retail is a must
