Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior HR Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a professional and proactive work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll support
Support recruitment efforts – interview scheduling, candidate coordination
Draft HR communications and reports
Prepare Excel-based data summaries and HR reports
Professionally handle employee queries and concerns
Directly report to the HR Manager
Comfortable to travel factory location
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Strong command over MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data handling)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential matters
Only male candidates residing along the Western Line (Churchgate to Virar)
Immediate joiners will be preferred
