Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee documentation, and HR operations. The candidate will help in hiring caregivers, nurses, and support staff for home healthcare services and maintain employee records.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist in hiring nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and support staff.
2. Employee Documentation
Maintain employee files and HR records.
Collect documents during employee onboarding.
Update employee database and attendance records.
3. HR Operations
Support HR Manager in daily HR activities.
Maintain staff attendance and leave records.
Assist in employee joining and exit formalities.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with operations team for staff deployment to patient homes.
Communicate with employees regarding policies and updates.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Maintain HR reports and recruitment data.
Ensure employee documents are complete and compliant.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
Understanding of HR recruitment process
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Any Graduate
0–2 years experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers can also apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
