We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to support our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding with the hiring process, scheduling new employee orientations and administrative support. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified team members.

What You Will Do
This position will work directly under the HR Manager to:
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and talent management.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and team members.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resources, and talent management.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Your Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (Humanities, Law, Finance, Management etc.)
Post-graduation in relevant field (preferred)
3 to 4 years of experience
Experience in AEC Industries as an HR professional is a huge plus
