Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Planning:
• Collaborate with the HR Manager on recruitment planning.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives.
• Applicant Management:
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
• Attract applicants through job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using job sites.
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Oversee the interview process, manage joining formalities, and conduct employee inductions.
• Handle exit formalities and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
• Medical Insurance Coordination:
• Coordinate and update mediclaim data to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Administrative Support:
• Prepare various HR-related letters and documents.
• Assist in organizing staff events and activities.
• Perform other HR tasks as assigned.
• HR Advisory:
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance on performance, attendance, and employee relations issues.
• Develop HR policies and stay updated on modern HR procedures and best practices.
