Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Assistant and Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru location. The role involves supporting HR operations, managing recruitment processes, maintaining human resources records, assisting with employee perks administration, and ensuring effective use of HR systems. The HR Assistant and Recruiter will collaborate with the HR team to coordinate training programs and assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Proficiency in coordinating and implementing Training programs
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site role in Bengaluru
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
