To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Assistant in Chennai Location.
Candidate will be working on End to end HR operational support for processes such as Hire, Onboarding, Benefits, Induction, Probation, Background check, Employee P-Files, Payroll, Exit inputs, Settlements.
What a typical day looks like:
• Maintain TAT on day-to-day HR operations.
• Provide operational support for processes managed.
• Key focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Act as first point of contact for stakeholders of respective countries
• Support stakeholders and ensure on time delivery of inputs / data as per SLA.
• Ensure TAT and SLA is adhered in all BAU activities.
• Process improvements and projects
• Ensure respective process related documents are in place for audit and compliance.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Any graduate (preferably bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, Business Administrator) with 0-2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Flexible to work in shift.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills – Written and Spoken
• Collaborative
• Networking skills
• Presentation skills
• Proactive
• Good analytical skills
• Proactivity, sense of urgency.
• Organization and high attention to detail.
