Job description, work day and responsibilities

• Coordination with the Sites for completing the joining formality
• Coordination with the site in charge of the monthly attendance of third-party employees and coordinate with vendors for the entry, exit, compliance, and timely processing of the salary draft and payment.
• Coordination with the account team for the internal processing of Vendor bill payment
• Assist in day-to-day HR Operations
• Drafting HR letters like Transfer, Relieving, and offer letters
• Timely updation of joinee, and exit information, keeping HR records updated in automated HR software
Education Qualifications
• Other Graduate/Any Specialization
