• Assist with checking eligibility status for federal FMLA requests by reviewing historical/current leave information, years of service and hours eligibility.
• Verify the employee’s leave status in the benefits administration system.
• Verify the employee’s years of service and hours worked for eligibility applicableness.
• Review medical certifications to determine eligibility and entitlement.
• Collaborate and work closely with the LOA teams
• Track and record all employee requests and individual leaves in a secure manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Sound knowledge in HR Outsourced operations - HR shared services/HRO/H2R concepts/HR Backend from outsourced industries
• Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan
• Ability to analyze data and trends to improve leave policies and processes
• Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management
• Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written to be able to effectively explain policies and procedures to employees and management
• Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information
• Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and priority-setting skills
• Attention to detail by being meticulous in managing records and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements

Position: HR Assistant (Female) – HospitalRoles & Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).

Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.
2. Employee Records Management
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.

Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
5. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for staff queries and support.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Promote a positive work environment across departments.
6. Training & Development
Coordinate training schedules for staff (clinical & non-clinical).
Maintain training records and attendance.
Support performance appraisal processes.
7. HR Communication
Draft circulars, memos, and internal communications.
Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MOM).
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
8. Hospital Coordination
Work closely with nursing, administration, and other departments.
Monitor staff availability as per patient load and hospital requirements.
Assist in shift planning and manpower allocation.
Key Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of hospital HR operations
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualification:Any Degree with HR specialization ( BBA/ HR preferred)
