Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the performance appraisal process (PMS cycle, reviews, increments, documentation)
Handle statutory compliance including PF & ESI (registration, returns, coordination, issue resolution)
Lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation accuracy
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and hiring needs
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure timely updates and reporting in HR systems / trackers
Assist in policy implementation and adherence to labor laws
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS)
Hands-on experience in PF & ESI compliance
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
