About the internship
SafeSquid Labs, a pioneer in cybersecurity, is seeking a proactive and talented HR assistant to join our team in India. This role is central to building a robust team that propels our innovative cybersecurity solutions. As an HR assistant, you'll be integral to our talent management process and contribute significantly to our ongoing success.
In this role, you will focus on creating precise job profiles that meet our diverse departmental needs. You'll harness various online platforms and social media to attract top talent and establish connections with placement officers from leading Indian institutes for top-notch candidate sourcing. Your technical skills will be key in developing efficient HR forms and automating processes. Additionally, your involvement in group discussions and interviews will be vital for selecting candidates who align with both skill requirements and our company culture.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create precise job profiles tailored to our company's diverse needs
2. Effectively use online job portals and social media for job postings and talent acquisition
3. Build relationships with placement officers at premier educational institutes in India
4. Design and implement automated HR processes and forms
5. Lead group discussions and interviews to identify the best candidates Skill(s) required English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word Earn certifications in these skills Learn MS-Excel Learn Business Communication Who can apply
