Roles And Responsibilities
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Source and screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to determine if applicants meet the minimum qualifications.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking systems.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide support during onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Assist with employee relations issues.
• Assist with benefit administration.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze data.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
