Job Description
• Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Identifying, attracting, and engaging with potential candidates from diverse international locations. This may involve using various sourcing techniques like online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to onboarding.
• Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with local and international labor laws and regulations, including work permits, visas, departures.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agents.
• Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet specific organizational goals and ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
• Reporting and Analysis: Tracking recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on recruitment activities and analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and align recruitment practices.
• Negotiation and Offer: Negotiating compensation packages, extending job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Skills
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes effectively
• Ensuring compliance with international labor laws and visa regulations
• Skilled in conducting candidate assessments, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) for reporting and data management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,043.70 - ₹31,047.38 per month
