Ensure there are up-to-date job descriptions for each teamCreate a "talent database" as a potential source for candidates using social media tools, websites, partner recommendations etc.In line with the agreed recruitment strategy, source suitable applicants for vacancies using social media and other relevant platforms/agencies/websites. Cold-call relevant people from talent database to generate interest - discuss role together with creating a favourable impression of Firm's culture and benefits package etc.Organise and schedule interviews into relevant diariesEnsure compliance with Firm's security procedures by carrying out appropriate ID and background checksProactively communicate with hiring managers throughout recruitment processAdminister Firm's work experience programme for school pupils - advertise on website, shortlist applications, agree placements and ensure relevant administration is doneSupport the HR team with the administration around trainee CPD requirements. Schedule annual CPD training sessions with relevant trainers, ensuring rooms are booked, prepare quarterly trainee attendance reports for Law Society and request and analyse feedback.
