HR Assistant – (7-month Full time maternity leave cover, possible extension)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people-focused HR Assistant to support our busy HR department during a 7-month maternity leave cover, with a possible extension. You’ll be a great communicator, comfortable working in a diverse team, and excited to learn and grow with us.

What you'll bring to the role:

Qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
Previous recruitment and onboarding experience
A people-first mindset and friendly and patient communication style
Experience in team building, performance evaluation, internal communication, and succession planning is desirable
Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment and immigration related legislation and standards
Solid computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets
Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
High level of initiative and commitment
High level of organisation skills
Available to start in the position end of August or earlier as need it
Hours:

Days required for this role: Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
