Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
Payroll Assistance: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing information and guidance.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing HR correspondence.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements within the HR department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
