Understand our recruitment process which includes questionnaires, scheduling interviews, and assignments.
Ability to analyze the candidates who align with our values and have similar advocacies.
Conduct research for different job portals, post jobs and reach out to candidates.
Assist the new hires in completing all the onboarding procedures.
Aid the HR division with training initiatives, employee engagement activities, appraisals, and payroll processing.
Maintain all administratively-related papers and documents, such as contracts, invoices, receipts, bills, and so on, in the proper order.
Ensure efficient operations and general office management across departments.
Providing quick assistance to the HR & Admin requests received from the employees.
Providing assistance in reaching out to colleges and universities and coordinating with ongoing career fairs.
Be able to represent Girl Power Talk and what we stand for effectively to potential candidates, job portals, and placement cells.
Should be humble and easygoing with all the team members from multiple timezones and across different gender identities, ****** orientations, races, cultures, and political views.
