HR Associate
Position Summary
Responsible for all HR - admin activities specific to Site functions at Bangalore through a people focus and ethical business driven approach.
Job Description
• Model MPM core values, core competences and a play key role in evolving our culture.
• Responsible for a robust employee onboarding & life cycle management, BGVs for the location.
• Drive local Non-exempt hiring process.
• Generate meaningful outcome based on functional & business critical reports.
• Balance employees’ needs with business needs across functions.
• Partner with HRMs and HRBP on talent related topics
• Fair and consistent policy administration
• Promptly address employee grievances and offer counselling, conduct effective investigation & disciplinary actions to maintain cordial employee relations.
• Educate others and Ensure compliance to social security legislations.
• Support local employee engagement and community outreach programs.
• Carry out necessary administrative tasks in line with the organizational requirement and manage its cost without compromising on the quality of resources.
Additional Details
Essential Qualifications
• MSW/MBA from a reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience in handling HR function in a Indian / Global org.
• Possess sound knowledge about various HR functions and processes.
• Analytical and potential decision-making ability based on intuitive and logical reasoning.
• Ability to effectively work, communicate, partner, and manage stakeholders at all levels within the location.
• Committed, dynamic, passionate, go-getter, & team player with managerial and execution capabilities
• Understand the organizational dynamics and apply knowledge to resolve problems.
• An intermediate level of MS Office capability & IT literacy
Preferred Qualifications
• Leading a small team of contingent workers
• Project management
• Worked on Workday, SAP or any other ERPs
• Proficiency in local languages
