JOB POSITION
The Associate data management serves as the front-line administrator and internal contact for the HCM system and is responsible for the data processing function for the Human Resources Department, including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HRIS data. In addition to maintaining HR Data in Workday, the position also is responsible for HR Admin activities like generating and processing forms, reviewing and processing invoices & reimbursement requests. The HR Data management associate will also be responsible for data integrity, therefore conduct audits as required.
Process employment and life event related transactions in Workday
Perform data updates in Workday
Process transactional requests from Workday worklists / Service now intake forms
Process reimbursements per the policy, ensuring right documentation is available
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing
Understand the downstream impact of transactions to other areas like compensation, benefits, payroll & tax
Process health-club, education reimbursement and adoption reimbursement requests and audit supporting documentation.
Provide retiree forms per standard process
Process employee and dependent verification information
Manage onboarding welcome-kits
Manage arrears and premium payment billing
Complete new hire processing in Workday
Handle large amounts of confidential personal sensitive data and maintain confidential HR data
Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately within SLA
Provide exceptional customer service and work in a team-driven environment
Take personal ownership for assigned tasks and identify and report problems or suggestions for improvement
JOB REQUIREMENT
2-4 Years experience in HR Data management / HR Operations experience, experience with Workday HCM
Possess understanding of HR processes and administration.
Functional knowledge on Workday HR Modules, Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent management, Payroll functional knowledge, nice to have
Understand complexities and nuances with data flows to downstream applications
Excellent written communication skills
Exceptional judgment in maintaining confidentiality of employee information, strong attention to detail.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in any discipline with 3+ years in HR Data Management / HR Operations experience
Proficient Workday functional user for Core HR modules
Organizational and prioritization skills will be essential in maintaining high service levels
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests in an effective and timely manner
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years overall experience and at least 1+ years in Workday HCM
Functional knowledge of Workday Core HR module
Experience with working with Global HR Data, particularly US and Asia Pacific
Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes
