HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in IT and tech roles
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or generalist HR activities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment What We Offer:
