Designation: Human Resources Associate
Reporting to:- Managing Trustee / CEO
Purpose of the Role:- To manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR processes and fostering a high- performance work culture. Location:- Dadar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively manage and oversee daily HR operations.
● Support leadership in maintaining and developing a high-performance work culture.
● Address employee grievances and implement HR policies for resolution.
● Recruit candidates as per job descriptions and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
● Manage relationships with empaneled recruitment service providers.
● Conduct induction and onboarding of new employees.
● Ensure timely execution of performance reviews and appraisals.
● Implement employee training and development programs.
● Facilitate smooth exit management and coordinate with relevant departments.
● Maintain accurate employee records and documentation using an HRIS system.
● Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for payroll processing and labor law compliance.
● Develop and execute an annual calendar for employee engagement initiatives.
● Provide strategic HR insights by analyzing employee data and records.
● Manage administrative tasks related to HR functions as needed.
● Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing HR for an organization with 20+ employees.

Additional Information: The role may require occasional travel based on organizational needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
