Job Description
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating orientation sessions and exit interviews.
Recruitment and Selection:Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate interview logistics, including arranging interview rooms, travel, and accommodations if necessary.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to HR management when necessary.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organize company-wide events or programs.
HR Systems and Processes:Maintain and update employee information in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other HR databases.
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and training data.
Assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Training and Development:Support employee training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and workshops.
Assist in organizing performance management processes, such as goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Benefits and Compensation:Assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits.
