WPP Finance Plus India was created by WPP to provide the back office functions and transactional finance work for the WPP agencies in the India. Our Customers are the Agencies of WPP, we do not work for any external company. Designation: HR Analyst [Internal Controls Specialist]
Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai
Salary Range: INR 8-+LPA
Job Description:
• Performing compliance activities as per HR RCM and support audits for HR function.
• Facilitate internal and external audits involving the respective representatives from different HR functions.
• Help in ensuring appropriate access, drive adherence to timelines and report the results.
• Provide on ground support for internal control related issues, including projects or initiatives
• Compile MIS such as monthly dashboard , SLA reports for review.
• Handling day to day activities, issues, and escalations. Includes timely follow through and closure of IT tickets etc
Skills/Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling Audits, HR process reviews, SOX Compliance.
• Good knowledge of compliance and audit framework.
• Strong communication skills.
• An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
