Job Summary:

This role combines expertise in HR solutions with business development skills to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth in staffing, recruitment, and HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR services, including recruitment, staffing, and payroll management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality talent delivery.
• Pitch HR services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to promote services.
• Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR services or business development (staffing/recruitment industry preferred).
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with recruitment/staffing agencies or HR consultancies.
• Established network of HR decision-makers and corporate clients.
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
