HR & Business Intern (Paid Opportunity | WFH / Hybrid | Bangalore)
3 to 6 months internship | Based in Bangalore | Opportunity to work directly on Client projects

We’re on the lookout for a driven and curious HR & Business Intern, where you’ll get hands-on with the real stuff. Building policies and people processes, working closely with fast-growing businesses initially within Bangalore, moving to Southeast Asia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Design HR policies and onboarding experiences that don’t sound like they were copied off Google
• Support employee benefits, compliance and internal culture work
• Help build fair performance management and feedback systems
• Be present for all strategy conversations with Clients and have first-hand experience on how HR actually drives business outcomes
• Learn how HR operates in different countries and business models
