Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-orientated individual to provide HR Business Partner support to the Network Technology Services team. In this role, you will act as trusted advisor to senior business leaders providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisor: Act as trusted advisor to senior business leaders. This includes talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
Problem Solver: Identify and address complex workforce challenges like devising innovative solutions for talent retention and operational efficiency.
Change Management – Understand business change initiatives. Work with key stakeholders to support them in developing the case for change. Identify the potential HR and people implications of these changes.
Project Management – Accountability of transformational and strategic projects related to client groups. Provide support in planning, risk mitigation, communication, and rollout for the implementation of a wide range of HR programs.
Drive Alignment: Work closely with the COEs and the leadership team to align HR strategies with broader organizational goals, fostering a unified and purpose-driven workforce.
Champion employee experience - Utilize data to support business leaders in furthering HR strategies and corporate objectives. Focus on quality in the support provided to leaders
Critical Qualifications
University Degree in Human Resources or other relevant discipline;
3+ years experience in an HR Consulting role;
Must have a strong results orientation and a track record of execution. Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and client relationships:
High degree of proficiency in all MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
Strong sense of urgency; results and action oriented;
Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgement;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Team player and relationship builder;
Strong ability to understand business priorities, issues and people impacts;
Demonstrated ability to create and build multiple partnerships;
Excellent project management capabilities;
In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
